JavaScript中的Math.round()函数
round()Math对象的函数接受一个浮点随机数，并返回其最接近的整数值。
如果给定数字为x.5或更大，则此函数返回下一个数字（x+1）
如果给定数字为x.4或更小，则此函数返回前一个数字(x-1)。
如果给定的数字本身是整数，则此函数返回相同的值。
