C＃String.Chars[]属性
要从字符串访问元素/字符，我们使用String.Chars[]属性，就像C，C++和其他编程语言一样–我们可以从指定的索引访问字符串的字符。
语法：
public char this[int index] { get; }参数：index是必须访问字符的位置，索引的最小值为0，最大值为length-1。
返回值：char–返回一个字符。
示例

accessing characters:
str[0]: 'I'
str[1]: 'n'
